I don't like conflict - why would anyone actually like it? who is it who likes conflict? what personality?

on the other hand
growth is a product of conflict
I'm wondering if that product is a reflection
of actions or personalities - both - of course

the manifestations of conflict are both positive and negative, of necessity - one side wins the other loses

I   "like everything to be positive" -
bottom line - there's always a relative positive
I want it
positive results come from a starting point of "1"
growth comes when "1" becomes more than "1"
"1" as a starting point is a point of strength - it is personal - fulfilling - owned
ownership is transferred and shared
